Our Story

Our journey began over 20 years ago when we each stepped into our very first Power Yoga class, an experience that would change our lives forever. What started as a personal practice soon became a shared mission rooted in movement, mindfulness, human connection, and community.

In 2010, we brought Yoga Belly to life in the heart of Silicon Valley as a space that was light on tradition, heavy on workout, and deeply grounded in authenticity, laughter, and real-life connection. Over the years, Yoga Belly evolved into more than just a yoga studio. It became a community.

Today, while we no longer operate from a permanent studio space, the spirit of Yoga Belly continues through pop-up classes, retreats, trainings, workshops, and special wellness experiences designed to bring people together wherever we go.

Aaron and Will continue to deepen their studies and embodiment practices, blending movement, mindfulness, yin yoga, yoga therapy, and human connection into experiences that support both personal growth and collective well-being.

Most importantly, we hope you feel welcome here. Come for the movement, stay for the connection, and yes, expect plenty of laughter along the way.

200-Hour Teacher Training

Yoga Belly proudly offers a flexible 200-hour Yoga Teacher Training designed for modern life. Our unique hybrid format allows you to study, practice, and deepen your experience at your own pace while staying connected through guided live sessions and community support.

With only four live in-person gatherings, the majority of the training is completed online, giving you the freedom to learn from anywhere while integrating yoga into your everyday life.

Whether your goal is to teach others or deepen your personal practice, this training is an opportunity to grow, transform, and reconnect with yourself on and off the mat.
