200-Hour Teacher Training
Become Your Own Yoga Teacher
Yoga Belly proudly offers a flexible 200-hour Yoga Teacher Training designed for modern life. Our unique hybrid format allows you to study, practice, and deepen your experience at your own pace while staying connected through guided live sessions and community support.
With only four live in-person gatherings, the majority of the training is completed online, giving you the freedom to learn from anywhere while integrating yoga into your everyday life.
Whether your goal is to teach others or deepen your personal practice, this training is an opportunity to grow, transform, and reconnect with yourself on and off the mat.
