STEP IT UP is a 4-week challenge designed to help you build a sustainable practice habit without burnout, extremes, or perfection pressure.

This isn’t a resolution.

We challenge you to practice 3 times per week, rotating through:

Yoga Belly Signature Flow

Yin Yoga
Deep recovery for joints, fascia, and your nervous system.
