STEP IT UP is a 4-week challenge designed to help you build a sustainable practice habit without burnout, extremes, or perfection pressure.
This isn’t a resolution.
It’s a reset.
The STEP IT UP Formula
We challenge you to practice 3 times per week, rotating through:
