Slap on some secure athletic wear that will be suitable for some sweet hardcore movement and deep stretching. The more breathable the fabric, the better.
Personal effect.
Remove your shoes upon entering Yoga Belly’s learning center. We’ve got cubbies to house your personal belongings. Please help us keep the space clutter free and use the storage space provided. And please remember to turn off your cell phone before practice.
Bring it.
Bring your mat and a towel and a water bottle. Filtered water and cold bottled water are both available at the center. You’re gonna be sweaty after your Yoga Belly or Power Vinyasa class so maybe bring a change of clothes for aftah aftah.
Mad props.
We will hook you up with all your block, ballz, and strap needs as long as you promise to wipe them down after use. We also offer unconditional Yoga love and support.
It’s gettin hot in herrre.
Loosen up those buttons coz it gets plenty warm in Yoga Belly and Power Vinyasa classes. We turn up to 85+ degrees and depends on how much body heat we generate in class. Be prepared to sweat and to detox.
Throw in the towel.
Since you will be sweating your asanas (poses) off in class, you may wanna bring a full size towel for you and your mat. This will prevent your yoga mat from turning into a slip ‘n slide.
Water works.
Remember to keep yourself hydrated before, during, and after class. Bring your hydration drank of choice or let us fill up your water bottle with filtered water.

We are known for turning on the beats during class so be prepared to get your groove on and vibe with us.

If you have a health concern or injury, it’s always best to consult your health care provider before beginning a Yoga practice. When you join us for class, let us know of any physical limitations you may have so we can suggest modifications for your practice. We’re here to help and to support your journey.
Will my baby belly be ok?
If you are pregnant, always play it safe and get the green light from your health care provider. Let us know before class so we can offer modifications for your practice. FYI: hot yogi-mommas-to-be practice till full term when they already have an existing practice. If you are thinking of starting a Yoga practice, we recommend starting off with a beginner class.
We’re kinda touchy feely teachers.
Most Yoga Belly folks are huggers but only if welcomed. We are seasoned teachers and offer verbal and physical adjustments in all our classes. Our goal is to help you develop a good foundation and a strong mindful practice. We are committed to serving you an enriched Yoga Belly experience. PLEASE tell us if you are not into physical assists. We are very okay with backing off.
Is there parking?
We have four dedicated parking spots at Yoga Belly. There are dozens of parking spaces all around the center so make sure you arrive 15 minutes early to get premier parking. Valet is not available. Yet…
