Here’s a new approach to learn, practice, and play with advanced asanas like taking binds, getting into deep backbend postures, bringing your hip openers to new heights, or staying in those fancy arm balances for a few breaths.

ADVANCED ASANA is offered as a workshop-style 1-hour session. Here are practices you’ll get to explore:
 
* Warm ups and flows
* Core workout and drills
* Advanced asanas/poses (Bird of Paradise, Crow, Crane, Flying Pigeon, Scorpion, etc.)
* Cool down
* Surrender
* Q&A and individual playtime

This session is designed for seasoned yogis looking to elevate your physical practice and newbs who can practice at least 10 amazing pushups in a row.
