My name is Parisa Ahmed and I’ll be teaching my classes in English from USA.
Movement is my medicine. I love the playful and energetic aspect of yoga, yet the depth of going within and the continuous self discovery keeps me hungry for more. I love yoga because it expands my horizons, strengthens my body, and soothes my soul. Finding ways to integrate the power of this practice into my teaching to create a joyful, grounded, and empowering experience for others is my mission and purpose.
I’ve been teaching yoga since 2018 and specialize in Vinyasa and Hatha. I’ve been dancing since 2007 and teaching dance since 2020. I received my 200 hr. YTT certification in Thailand through Ulu Yoga and am also certified in 3 levels of the DanceCraft bellydance fusion format by Zoe Jakes.
